I have a requirement where I need to pass 1 Inofoobject s value (let us say possible values are X,Y,Z) from sender to receiver report . The conditions are I don't want to change the receiver report and in the receiver report there is 1 customer exit variable on the same Infoobject which is ready for input and it is reading values from a table(table having field Query name and field which is holding the values X,Y,Z) based on queries it will update the default values in prompt .Let us say variable is VAR1
My requirement is in my sender query I have added this particular infoobject in 1 selection and set display to hide and restrict the infoobject with X value .Now the receiver variable is updating the value with Y .Since in that table for the receiver query it is set to Y .Users will execute the receiver report individually also and it was one of their requirement to keep Y as default value in prompt and I cannot change the exit as it is used in multiple queries .
Please provide some suggestions
