Macro/ Vba for Broadcasting Attachment

Hi Gurus,

We have a report that is supplied and emailed thru broadcasting. but there is a special instruction to freeze pane the file in D4. steps we consider

1. send the report thru broadcasting

2. receive the email with attachment

3. open the attached excel file

4. freeze pane on D4.

5. send the updated report to the users

is there a way to automatically have the attachment from the broadcasting enable the freeze pane in D4. I am thinking on Macro or VBA, but is there a way to code inside broadcasting. and what is the syntax of the code?
