How to find Transport request details-Bex query

Hi Gurus,

I will assign the points ,its urgent to me find the details of the Transport request of query it is move from the Development to Quality.

I not seen any details in T. Code ;-SE 09 .

Need of below details.

1) Who as move the query ?

2) details of the transport request ?

3) Person name or ID.
