We have an issue on SAP Bex Explorer after upgrade of BW to 7.3. The button Export to Excel is not working anymore. When i click on the button, i have a popup of a webpage that opens for 1 second and it closes automatically. Please find below the screenshot of the popup that opens for 1 second.
One more information i have is that due to split of ABAP and JAVA stack as part of the Upgrade Process, the port number had changed. So the IT team had to open the new port for the query to be able to display the results. Now that the results are being displayed correctly on web, the Export button is not working.
Do you guys have an idea why I am having this problem? Mysettings for Internet Explorer are fine as i am able to generate excel files for other non upgraded BW systems.
