Dynamic Column Name in BEx Layout

I need to have a BEx Report layout where in the user enter's any date as a input and the BEx report should have year populated in the column name automatically along with the Month (12 months of that year from Jan-Dec).

Also let me know how can i restrict the keyfigure value for sales for the particular year monthwise.

Please help me in this regards.
