Exception aggregation with date

Hi,

We have a requirement to pick the initial invoice date.Initial invoice date is derived through exception aggregation.

After this we wnat the min of Initial Invoice date but i wnat to exclude 00/0/0000 & the result should be 10/30/2013.Is it possible to achieve it in bex.

Tried with exception aggregation as minimum but the result is retrieved as 0.
