I have told 5 levels for BW object translation. From which 1st level is running on. In the first level, I have been given a task to monitor BW objects which are not translated. There is a common excell sheet, where all objects exists, I need to check BEx Analyzer, and update the object list as per BEx,
I need to check all Roles, Queries and Workbooks. Roles, whether these are translated or not, if yes then I need to update it as "ok" and if it is not translated i need to keep it as "not ok" in object list, same for all workbooks and queries too.
So my task is bi weekly check and update BEx and update the object list.
In between 2 weeks, in BEx there may happen changes, means some queries, some workbooks or roles are get deleted, or added newly.
Then again I have to check all roles queries workbooks from first. there are more than 2000 queries, it is very time consuming task,
Is there any way to cut down this repetitive task????? or Is there any way to find out latest changes or we can say changes in BEx in some period like 2 weeks? Can we find out new entries in BEx, so that this repititive task can me managed.
Please help.
