- Q. We have the following requirement for flat file.
Ticket No. | Created Date | Closing Date | Status |
100010 | 01012013 | 08012013 | Closed |
100011 | 02012013 | 10012013 | Closed |
100012 | 03012013 |

| Open |
I have created a DSO for this requirement, as the status changes and we can accommodate it by using the overwrite functionality of the DSO.
We have to ask the user to enter ticket no. and date. The result should show the ticket no., given date and status of the ticket no. on that date. I have tried using 0calday for given date but to no use.
Any inputs will be appreciated.
