documents only shown for the query where they are created - how to switch this off

Dear all,

we want to have the users to be able to create BW documents for certain key figure / characteristic combinations.

So far so good this works and I can see the documents afterwards in the query.

BUT the documents can only be seen exactly in the query where they were created.

If I have another query with exactly the same char and key figures (I need this in a web template becasue one shows zero-lines and the other one does not), the documents are not shown.

when I check the document properties, I can see, that the query name is listed. And each document is only shown in the query where it was created.

Is this a feature?

Where can I switch this off?

What I would like to have is that a document can be seen in any query, no matter where it was created.
