Customer Monthly High balance

Hi,

I have data set as attached.  I need to show the Monthly Customer High balance (ex highlighted yellow cells are the high balances for the month).  I tried CKF with exception aggregation using the amount with Maximum option reference char as Fiscal period.  It didn't work.  Any ideas to accomplish at the front end or at the cube level?
