Workbook performance problem in different location

Hi,

We have a workbook which has10 queries. It refreshes within 2 minutes for the US user. [Server is in the US location].

But for EUR user the same workbook takes 20 minutes.

This is for all EUR users. Hence NOT a PC specific problem.

How do we prove that network performance is the problem here.

When we look at the SM50 when the EUR user is running, its evident that BW processes are running only for a short time.

After about 3-5 min, no activity is seen for the user in SM50. But his Excel workbook remains in 'Not responding' status for an additional 15 min.
