problem selecting caracteristic values in BEx Query Designer

We havedefined a new InfoCube inRealtimemode, thisisthe structure:

This cubewill use itto plan, sowe created alevel of aggregationofthecube:

When you createa newquerywithQuery Designerdirectlyon the InfoCube, for0FISCYEARcaracteristic,all values forthis featureare shown,as you can seein the picture:

When wedraggedthe characteristicfeaturesin therestrictedareato assigna specific value, we can only select the value:#

What could be the problem?How can we solve it?
