Exception Aggregation in BEx

I would like to find the difference between two dates (characteristics) & put the result in the bucket depends the range.

So, I created a formula variable with replacement path & got the difference between two dates in a CKF (Calculated key figure).

Created few more CKFs including this date difference to find the relevant bucket i.e., for example <10, <20, <30...

1. I'm not getting the count (result row) in BEx 7.0 ?

2. Do we have an option of "TOTAL" in Exception Aggregation BEx 7.0 (Gui 7.20 version) ?  Since I see Summation and counter... but not TOTAL.

I don't want the date to be part of the report.
