i am broadcasting Excelworkbooks using Precalculation server.System envirement has on Applikation server for all Dialog-user and a database server for dialog and Batch processes.
I mave maintained the brodcast settings and activated the jobs. most of the jobs are running fine. The Broadcast job is name beginning with SE. This job has only one step ececuting program RSRD_BROADCAST_STARTER. this step is starting Program RSBATCH_EXECUTE_PROZESS in a job names BIBCAST*. the precalculation itself is then startet in Dialog on databaseserver.
Is there any settting to start this dialog not on database server, but on applcation server?
Background is, that some workbook are calculated in dialog on the Application server without any issue, but the same process started in Prec dumps on database server with TSV_TNEW_PAGE_ALLOC_FAILED,
Therefore i would like to change this process.
