Trail Balance Report in BI

Dear Experts,

I have requirement of trial balance report in BI. So we need a outout as similar as F.08 report in ECC which is trial balance balance report itself.

After analyzing I understand and selected 0FI_GL_10 datasource to fulfill requirement.

0fi_gl_10 is loading data to O10, C10

1 QUESTION: Creating query on ODS is better or cube. Since 0fi_gl_10 datasource is loading data to both separately.

2. QUESTION I want have figure like below snap  of f.08.Please advice to obtain highlighted figures from below snap & how to obtain figures by varaibles.

I created 1 varaible for debit of month & 1 variable for credit of month & restricted with Fis/period (Single value).
