how to avoid NA ( not assigned) and # (hash) values in the bex report ?

Hi,

I would like to know how to remove the # symbol and the Not Assigned values in the bex query. I mean I need those row's but dont want the values in the column. Is there any setting. If we exclude it, then we will miss those complete row's which will change the query specification. Can you please advise after looking the below screenshot which is the sample format.
