To change initial password, log on with SAP GUI

We have a situation here, where our BW business users when using BEX Analyzer they are getting a pop-up for changing initial password. However, when they try to change the initial password its not allowing them to change it.

And the error says:

Password not allowed:

Password can be changed only once a day or initial password for this user cannot be changedInitial password for user SAP*, DDIC, SAPCPIC, EARLYWATCH and for super user cannot be changed.

To change initial password, log on with SAP GUI.

Please help resolve this error.
