Difference of dates

Hi Friends,

I have a date which is Target date coming from ECC and one more date which is Today's date.I need to find the difference between these dates

the logic is Today's date - Target date ,

First i need to know how to get Today's Date in Bex

Second requirement is even if i get difference of days I need to convert it into weeks.

example

today date - target date is 14 days then output must give 2 weeks
