I hope you gurus can help me another time.
The technical names of a certain characteristic doesn’t show up when I load a query to an Analysis for Office workbook or to WebI.
I build a query using the query designer. The rows of the query should be filled with the different names (description) and IDs (technical names) of products. So I used the characteristic “product” and activated within the display tab “key and name”. Within the query designer the technical names show up correctly (e.g. 21231, 23334, 44545 and so on) but if I load the query to a workbook, the technical names of the characterstic are being replaced by characters like “AA”, “AB”, “BA” or “UP”.
How is it possible? I didn’t use any filters, formulas, structures. I really kept the workbook simple. I have the same problem using WebI if I use variables (no technical names are displayed on the variable screen.
Can somebody help?
