key figure value is rounded to 0

Hello

We use SAP BI 7.0

Key figure value in the cube is 0,022. Key figure is defined QUANTITY with decimal places 3.

Definition at query is 0.000, Scalling factor is 1

BEx query shows 0,000 instead of 0,022.

Any suggestions why?
