BW Query with two restrition of month

I need your help.

I need to create a query in bex with this issue:

                         Number of documents

Actual Year

Previous Year

The values in Previous Year must be the accumulated for all years.

If I restrict in the query the Year making <= Previous Year, then all years are going to appear in the layout I don't want to.

Example:

User insert year 2014, in the layout I just want the year 2013 and 2014 mas the values should be of all the years until 2013.

Can you help me?
