Logon Pop up while exporting data to Excel

Hi Gururs,

We are facinglogon popup while exporting data from BEx report to Microsoft excel , and the Logon Pop says as windows security and asking username and password for SAP GUI where the end users doesn't exists. And we are facing this problem from few days.

I believe we need to implement the SAP note but couldn't find the exact SAP note which is compatible with these versions.Did anybody faced this kind of issue ?

Versions using:

MS Office 2010, Windows 7 and SAP BW 7.0
