calculation of average bills for current and previous year

Hi,

I have a Kf in BEx called 0VAR_AMOUNT which is billing amount.Now based on the billing date,I have to calculate two KF which are :

1.)Summary of bills for current year

2.)summary of bills for previous year

3.)average bills for current year

Please guide how to achieve the same.
