How to display characteristics with character value as Key figure

Hi Experts,

                 Our requirement is to display characteristics with Character values (EX:- AB01, AB02) as Key figure/RKF. Basically we needs to display Month end  'Status' of 0Customer for last 12 month in Bex report.we are getting month wise status thorugh Z table and we are loading this to Cube.Our required report output is

Here 'AB12' 'BC12' 'WB03' are characteristics so we can't use formula variable with replacement path which can be used only for Numerical value.
