Dynamically hide Row based on user input

Hi

BEx report requirement.I have Customer as filter (Internal and External).I have 10 fields in row (country,state,street etc...).If the Internal customer access the report it should show all 10 rows,if it is External Country and state should not get displayed,it means only 8 Rows should get display in report.I dont think I can do with Roles and authorizations,because I want to hide the rows no resriction in values.Any inputs please....
