Bex Query Broadcasting using MHTML option is not working correctly

Hello All,

           We are trying
to set ‘Bex query broadcasting’ in our project. Through a process chain the variant
for broadcasting Bex query is triggered and e-mail is sent to the specified
e-mail ID. (Version 7.3)

In the broadcasting variant, we have selected the MHTML
format for the e-mail. We are receiving the email but the content what we receive
from query output is not properly aligned. For some ‘Name’ field the name
appears in two lines and not in one row.

Also the e-mail which we receive contains some attachments
which are GIF files.

Can anyone have some idea regarding both these points?

1. How the query output received in e-mail will be
   properly aligned?
2. How to get rid of unwanted attachments?
