Develop a report in Bex

Dear Experts,

I am new to BEx and we have a requirement from client side to develop a report where it was clearly mention to include -

Report Hierarchies

1) Product Hierarchy

2) Profit Centre Hierarchy.

and I am not sure how to create a hierarchy. Which one can be used Hierarchy Variable or Hierarchy Node Variable?

Can some one from BEx team guide me?
